" I was really looking forward to trying Sumo Boi Sushi, given all the great reviews. I went in and ordered a selection of rolls and sashimi, and while the flavors were mostly good, I felt like some of the rolls were on the smaller side compared to other places I’ve been. " Sumo Boi Sushi is by far my favorite sushi restaurant in Etobicoke. The owner is super friendly and the service is top-notch. I introduced some friends to this place and they were blown away by the quality of the sushi. The rolls are huge, and everything is freshly made. I can't recommend the salmon sashimi enough; it practically melts in your mouth. The only issue is that it can get busy, so be prepared to wait a little during peak times. Worth it though!
